Refund and Return Policy

At elevée, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect Fit: Items that do not fit properly and need to be exchanged.
  • Wrong Item Received: The product received is different from the one ordered (e.g., wrong color, incorrect product).

Exclusions

  • Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as "change of mind."
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Certain items, such as socks and underwear, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In exceptional circumstances, ( such as when these items are damaged ), returns may be processed after the case has been verified.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our Refund Request Form.
  2. Once your return is approved, our logistics team will be in touch to coordinate the collection of the exchange/refund items.

Refund Processing

  • Refund orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless determined otherwise.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted without valid reasons or if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
